On February 1st 2010, TP Aerospace officially obtained Cirrus Technik, component maintenance and line maintenance division.
The expansion of the TP Aerospace group with newly formed TP Aerospace Technics GmbH, was confirmed Monday February 1st. The EASA145 component maintenance division based in Hamburg, has been an active business unit with in-house capability for wheels, brakes and leading edges since 1998.
With the acquisition, TP Aerospace will also take over the line maintenance division at Hamburg Airport.
